About Our School

Washington Community School was built in 1917. It is one of the larger elementary schools in the city with over 650 students ranging from Pre-K through Grade 8. In addition to over 50 classrooms, WCS also contains an auditorium, a multi-purpose room, a gymnasium, a life skills room, two therapy rooms, and several cafeterias.
